About my Yoga Practice

My yoga offerings are rooted in gentle Hatha Yoga, mindful movement, and nervous system support, with a unique focus on the healing presence of horses. When weather allows, my horses are part of my personal practice and private sessions, offering a calming, grounding energy that often deepens connection, awareness, and a sense of interconnectedness. This approach is especially supportive for horse owners seeking physical relief, stress reduction, and a more harmonious relationship with their horses, while remaining accessible and beneficial for non–horse owners as well.

I incorporate breathwork and essential oils to support balance throughout the body, addressing common concerns such as low back discomfort, repetitive strain, and stress-related tension. Sessions are personalized and informed by my background as a nationally certified massage therapist, Hatha Yoga teacher, and my own healing journey through chronic illness, which has shaped a compassionate and adaptable approach.
